HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY 2025

Right now, outside of Mr. X, I’m enamored with all the firefighters and other helpers in this tragic year for Los Angeles.

This symbolizes a bit of hope to me.

Here it is, a month on from the catastrophic fires in my fair city, and thousands of people are still going through the horrors. And will be doing so for years to come.

Even though, outside of packing a bit three times due to evacuation warnings, Mr. X and I were not personally affected by the devastation, (knock on wood,) I think that all caring humans are, to at least some extent, feeling the pain in their hearts and souls.

So now that I’ve brought you all down a bit, (because I feel that we all need to keep the tragedy in mind,) let me pick the room back up to say that I love you all. I really do. I get a warm feeling every time I get a comment, message, or email from one of my readers or followers. That connection is very important to me. You guys are truly my valentines.

So this year, I’m going to just leave my Happy Valentine’s wishes for all of you right here. And please remember to pass them on to those you love, as well.  We all really need the affection and care this year, more than ever. Do not spare it.
