PLEASE VOTE YES TOMORROW ON PROP 50!

I’m making this one short and sweet because it’s of the utmost importance: I’m begging my California readers who are registered to vote—please vote YES on Prop 50 tomorrow! It’s known as the “Election Rigging Response Act,” which basically says it all.

I’m sure that many of you have already cast your ballots, as Mr. X and I have, (we didn’t want to take any chances on being too busy tomorrow, actual Election Day, to fit in a visit to our polling place,) so I hope you did the right thing.

In case you’re not in the know about this situation, this is the basic statement about why Prop 50 is so important: “Donald Trump and Texas Republicans are making an unprecedented power grab to steal congressional seats and rig the 2026 election before voting even begins. Other Republican states are following suit. They want to steal enough seats to control Congress regardless of how the people vote. If Californians don’t act now, Donald Trump will seize total power for two more years.”

As the people in Nazi Germany must have felt about the original Hitler, we now must defeat our times’ evil Orange Hitler. I can’t think of how to do that, (it appears that no one can,) but voting Yes on Prop 50 is at least a minuscule start.

Others who are way smarter than I, (such as Barack Obama, Gavin Newsom, Hakeem Jeffries, and Elizabeth Warren,) can explain the proposition better than I can, so here’s what it’s about, in the words of people in the know, as stated on their website: “Prop 50 makes sure the 2026 mid-term elections are conducted on a level playing field without an unfair advantage for Republicans.” That’s it! All normal people just want things to be fair. How can those Republican degenerates disagree with that concept???
