<\/a>What they do at the eatery is feature art pieces on their walls, which are for sale. Those proceeds go to the charity. Lovely idea.<\/p>\nI love parties that combine charity with good food, and this one did that in the form of passed appetizers. (The interior is a tad petite, and was tres crowded with 9021Pho admirers, so my friend and I sat at the outside table, which was great for people-watching.)<\/p>\n
On the menu that day were a couple of kinds of spring rolls, both vegetarian and not, open-face Banh Mi sandwiches with either pork or soy, and crispy sole, (which I shockingly ate because they told me it was swordfish\u2014I thought I didn’t like sole, but I loved these morsels!)<\/p>\n
The fare whetted my appetite to go back there and do a full review sometime. And maybe get some new art while I’m at it!<\/p>\n
