MR. X AND MY ANNIVERSARY 2025<\/h1>\n

Shockingly, I\u2019ve neglected to celebrate Mr. X and my anniversary here on INAM<\/em> for the past couple of years! No reason for the omissions; just other topics needed to occupy this space more at the time.<\/p>\n

\"Screen<\/a>But no worries\u2014he\u2019s still my captive! And, secretly, he wouldn\u2019t have it any other way.<\/p>\n

And, luckily for me, he\u2019s still the same incredibly funny person he\u2019s been since Day 1. Well, actually, since probably Day 2 or 3. That\u2019s because I don\u2019t really know what to count as most of the \u201cfirsts.\u201d I know dates<\/em> of everything, but I first laid eyes on<\/em> him a day before I met<\/em> him! So I had no idea that he was funny on that very first day of being in love with him.<\/p>\n

In case I haven\u2019t ever mentioned how we met, let me do that now. The very short story is that on my fourth ever night in LA, as a teenager, I saw him in a serious<\/em> play. I had no idea that he was the funniest person ever, nor that has the most gorgeous back in history, but I immediately saw that he\u2019s a great actor. And I was smitten.<\/p>\n

I wound-up meeting him the next night. I was backstage at his play, (long story, but no\u2014I was not stalking him\u2026yet,) and the girls in the play told me to don an extra costume they had, and come onstage in a funeral scene! (I would be making my LA stage debut, without even realizing it!) So, naturally, I needed someone to close the back of the dress for me. I noticed Mr. X checking me out, so my very first words to him were, \u201cWanna zip me up?\u201d He looked a tad surprised, but was happy to do so. At the time, that is; he didn’t realize that I meant \u201cfor the rest of our lives!\u201d<\/p>\n

\"Screen<\/a>But that\u2019s precisely what he\u2019s been doing. And I could not be more thrilled about that situation.<\/p>\n

Okay, so you\u2019d like to know exactly what<\/em> July 7th is our anniversary of? It\u2019s the long ago date on which I returned to LA from living in Malta for half a year, and went straight to his house. And never left!<\/p>\n
