HAPPY NATIONAL RELAXATION DAY<\/h1>\n

This one is really for Mr. X. Whenever I ask him what he wants to do\u2014for any<\/em> occasion, no matter if it\u2019s his birthday, or mine<\/em>, actually, or even the big holidays, like Christmas and Thanksgiving\u2014his answer is, \u201cI have an idea–let\u2019s just relax,\u201d like he\u2019s thinking of something new. He always<\/em> suggests \u201cjust relaxing,\u201d for the hundred years that I\u2019ve known him.<\/p>\n

Even though neither of us is ever even close<\/em> to being relaxed, you can\u2019t blame a girl (or guy) for wanting to try.<\/p>\n

And now, we finally have an excuse!!! That\u2019s because today is…drum roll, please…National Relaxation Day!!! I didn\u2019t even know there is<\/em> such a thing until yesterday afternoon! I had a whole other column all set to publish today, (which you\u2019ll now have to wait a few days to read,) but when I found-out this new info, I knew I had to go with this flow, and just relax.<\/p>\n
