My friend noticed that he was wearing a tee-shirt that had what looked like a real girl’s photo on it, and said something to the effect of warning people to not trust her. Good one! I think he enjoyed the show almost as much as I did! Photo by Karen Salkin.<\/p><\/div>\n 5\/7\/17\u00a0<\/strong> It must have been “TV night” at the opening of Archduke<\/em> at the Mark Taper Forum in downtown LA because I spied at least four guys with current series on the tube (although they\u2019re not celebs, per se, since I had to look up their names):\u00a0 Peter Krause<\/strong> (the recently-cancelled\u00a0The<\/em>\u00a0Catch<\/em>,) Harry Ford<\/strong> (Code Black<\/em>,) Jack Falahee<\/strong> (How To Get Away With Murder<\/em>,) and Thomas Sadoski\u00a0<\/strong> (Life In Pieces<\/em>.)\u00a0 Thomas was with his wife, new mom Amanda Seyfried<\/strong>, but if he hadn\u2019t kissed her on the head, I would have never known it was she.\u00a0 She\u2019s tiny, and wasn\u2019t wearing a stitch of make-up, and her hair was downright filthy!\u00a0 How do you go anyplace, let alone an event where paparazzi will be, with hair like that?! Photo by Karen Salkin.<\/p><\/div>\n 5\/17\/17 <\/strong>Brilliant British choreographer Matthew Bourne<\/strong>, prolific Disney composer Richard Sherman<\/strong>, and Dancing With The Stars<\/em> judge Bruno Tonioli<\/strong> (what a trio!,) at the opening night of Matthew Bourne’s Early Adventures<\/em> at The Wallis in Beverly Hills. Bruno was separate, but my pal, Richard Sherman, introduced me to Matthew. I almost fainted! There was a lot of talent in the theatre that night, including the dancers on the stage! (Here\u2019s my review of that whole fabulous night: itsnotaboutme.tv\/news\/dance-matthew-bournes-early-adventures<\/a>.)<\/p>\n 5\/18\/17\u00a0<\/strong> Old school show biz couple Renee Taylor <\/strong>and Joe Bologna<\/strong> walking into a deli in Beverly Hills.\u00a0 Poor Renee was using a walker, (which must mean she\u2019s improving since the last time I saw her, when she was in a wheelchair,) so I\u2019m glad I came along to hold the door open for her.\u00a0 I give them total respect for still making it out of the house these days.<\/p>\n Sam Elliott. Frankie Valli<\/strong> and the guy who plays him in Jersey Boys<\/em>, former Dancing With The Stars <\/em>pro Mark Ballas<\/strong> confabbing at the champagne toast reception right after the opening performance of that musical at the Ahmanson Theatre in downtown LA.
