I\u2019M IN NEW YORK NOW<\/h1>\n

Here I am in the Big Apple, my first home, again, for the first time in almost two and a half years!\u00a0 That\u2019s a first in my life, to have been away from New York for so long.<\/p>\n

I had mixed feelings about coming back here, without the luxury of having my own house and car.\u00a0 I\u2019ve never before had to bring so much as a toothbrush to New York with me; my beloved Brooklyn was already fully-stocked with essentials at all times.\u00a0 So, this has been a whole different experience.<\/p>\n

\"14484981_1351194528264633_1019730212707106874_n\"<\/a>But, as with show business, the show must go on.\u00a0 I\u2019m here reviewing restaurants, shows, parties, hotels, and east coast mini-trips.\u00a0 I can\u2019t wait to tell you about it all. So stay tuned for all those reviews.<\/p>\n

I have to be honest and say that this city is always a bit stressful for me, (especially compared to drive-everywhere L.A.,) but I was lucky to call it home for almost my entire life. I always remind myself that not everyone gets an opportunity like that, so to just calm down and enjoy it while I can.<\/p>\n

And, on the very<\/em> bright side, I\u2019m here right in the most gorgeous time of year\u2014early Fall! I\u2019m especially grateful for that.<\/p>\n
