<\/a>I don’t have much to say about these possibly controversial Winter Olympics right, since they haven’t even begun as of this writing. All I hope for is fairness, good health for all, and safety above everything else. It’s such a shame that in this day and age we have so much security to worry about, especially in homophobic Russia. (Did you see the hilarious bit on SNL<\/em> last week about what the skating event would be like with only hetero dudes competing? It was perfect.)<\/p>\nPlease bare with me if I post less-than-daily columns during this time. When the Olympics are on, all I do is watch them, and try to get in some sleep time. If the coverage has been like it has for the last few Olympics, it will be broadcast more than twenty-four hours a day!
