CELEB SIGHTINGS 3–FIRST THIRD OF 2010<\/h1>\n

I\u2019ve been re-miss on reporting my celebrity sightings around town this year, mainly because I haven\u2019t been around town much myself; I\u2019ve spent the better part of 2010 so far stuck in the house with back issues. But recently I\u2019ve been back up and at \u2019em, so here are the highlights of 2010 to date, in reverse order:<\/p>\n

5\/4\/10 Kerri Walsh<\/strong>, gold medalist in beach volleyball at the last two Olympics, (with her partner, Misty May) at the Bump It Up pregnancy party at the W Hotel in Westwood. I know she\u2019s preggers, but I couldn\u2019t even see a bump. Must be because she\u2019s so in shape.<\/p>\n

4\/28\/10<\/strong> Gossip Girl<\/em> star Ed Westwick<\/strong> at the opening of The 39 Steps<\/em> at the AhmansonTheatre, sporting high water babies. It must be a British style.<\/p>\n

4\/27\/10 Eva Longoria<\/strong>\u2019s perfume launch party at her Hollywood eatery, Beso, was rife with her celeb pals. It was most interesting to see Mario Lopez<\/strong> and Heidi Klum<\/strong>, both rocking slicked-back \u2019dos.<\/p>\n

4\/25\/10<\/strong> I sat next to him once before at this theatre, so I wasn\u2019t shocked to see Ben McKenzie<\/strong>, (now of Southland<\/em>, but forever of The OC<\/em> in my heart) in the lobby of the Mark Taper Forum at intermission of opening night of Bengal Tiger<\/em>. As cute as ever, I\u2019m happy to report. Too bad his mom wasn\u2019t there with a candy bar, like she was last time, when she told him to \u201cgive the girls some candy, honey,\u201d which I happily accepted! More to receive it from him<\/em> than for the actual candy!<\/p>\n

4\/21\/10<\/strong> I was surprised that I was excited to see Kym Johnson<\/strong>, reigning professional champion of Dancing With The Stars<\/em> (with her partner Donnie Osmond) at the opening night of Chicago<\/em> at the Pantages Theatre. She looked great! Fabulous legs, young-looking boyfriend. I don\u2019t think she came to the after-party, though.\u00a0Maybe she just didn\u2019t want to depress the rest of us mere mortal gals. <\/span><\/p>\n

\"img_69731\"4\/16\/10<\/strong> Though not quite a \u201ccelebrity,\u201d I was happy to meet Andrew Garcia<\/strong> from this season\u2019s American Idol<\/em>. Mr. X and I both thought that he should have lasted way longer than he did, but we\u2019re happy for him that he gets to go on tour this summer with Crystal, Big Mike, cute Casey, and the no-talents who aren\u2019t those four.<\/p>\n

1\/14\/10<\/strong> MY BIRTHDAY! And just whom did I sit right next to at Dan Tana\u2019s? One of my top crushes, Nick Lachey<\/strong>!!! He was as adorable as ever and dining with a slightly older woman, so I could have had a chance with him! (It was probably just his agent , so don\u2019t get excited.)
