I don’t think you’re naive (or maybe you are, it would be nice if you were because the alternative is, in MY opinion, worse). Maybe you’re actually just serving the gods of likes, popularity, demand, “the public” (ugh). Let’s face it, it’s your job. Your boss may be yourself, but that person STILL wants you to attract interest, reaction (likes – I hurl at your feet). You see, you are just as guilty as those who wrote that “200 best…. (whatever, who cares) in the first place. In a nutshell, what you lack is integrity. And as most people who lack this in their character, you really don’t care. Integrity doesn’t matter to you. All that matters to you is to “fill the space” and to attracted as many viewer, subscribers etc. That’s your life – and you’re welcome to it.
